Waller Family Farm

Today I went strawberry pickin' with the Pack family while Jade was working!  I didn't realize it was strawberry season so early in the year but now I know!  They're open during April - May, possibly June if its sunny.  They close when its raining and may have to close when they need to give the berries time to ripen.

We went to Waller Family Farm in Durham.

The little ones were so fun to pick with!  They were so excited to help pick the berries.

My box was very empty compared to theirs!! I only got a little over 1lb worth of berries :P

It was fun to get away from the apartments but I was NOT prepared for the warm weather.  My phone said it was 73* but humidity definitely makes everything more extreme!!!
